Description

  • Support Lean project, and other consulting projects
  • Collecting data for market/company overviews – interviews, surveys, market reports;
  • Following up initial process of project before transferring database to upper managers;
  • Supporting informative data to managers in order to ensure project’s execution;
  • Analytical modeling – analysts do most of excel heavy lifting, models vary from market segmentation;
  • Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
  • Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget
  • Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
  • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

Requirements:

  • Service-driven mindset
  • Excellent English – 04 skills
  • 02 year for work-experience at least
  • Workplace: No. 28, Thao Dien street, Thao Dien ward, District 2, HCMC
  • Preferred Lean Green Belt practitioner
